I started my career as a software engineer in Rakuten from 2016 after acquiring the master degree in computer science in Taiwan. In 2018, I changed my job to work in LINE corporation as a software engineer, and I became engineering manager since 2021. During my EM career, I am responsible for the at-most 10-member team including offshore members. In 2023 this year, I am studying part-time Waseda MBA to further improve my business and management skills.
