Join us for an insightful panel discussion on the transition from an individual contributor to a software manager. Hear from industry leaders as they share their experiences and offer tips on how to navigate the challenges and opportunities of this career path.

Paul Roberts, Engineering Manager at Indeed.
Starting as an IC within the job aggregation team, Paul was responsible for building and supporting products that enabled job extraction from the Internet. As a tech lead, he formed a new sister-team focused on crawling and extracting information about job sites. More recently, as a manager, he's been building a team to enhance Indeed's company data set while also building products to serve and help clients succeed with this data.
Ankush Girdhar, Senior Engineering Manager at Indeed.
Ankush joined Indeed as IC 4 years ago and transitioned into Management over the years. Currently, Ankush is managing teams that are focused on generating high-quality recommendations for Jobs and Job seekers using Machine Learning.
Rahul Dhaundiyal, Director of Engineering at Indeed.
Rahul Dhaundiyal is a Director of Engineering at Indeed, helping light-skilled job-seekers get jobs. Rahul has over eighteen years of experience in building products and managing teams. In the past, he has worked in various roles at Google, Microsoft, and Adobe. While his passion is to build products, he enjoys photography & writing. His latest struggle is learning to play the Guitar.
