Every software development process has a code review process integral to it, be it in a startup or a large organization. The talk will address why code reviews are deemed so important in the industry and how Indeed leverages them as a hiring tool, while also setting some expectations for the candidates. Hear it from the perspective of an experienced code review interviewer who will also share their learnings as an interviewer.
