About this event
In this talk, we will go together on a quest to build a log search engine that is 10x more cost-effective. This journey will start by observing first principles, and see how they naturally lead us to an innovative architecture.
This talk does not require to be familiar with search engines. Audiences have zero or years of experience of this topic are all welcome.

Paul, the CEO of Quickwit, Inc.
Prior to that he accumulated 10 years of experience working with search technologies, most recently at Google and Indeed.
He is also the maintainer of tantivy, the rust search library at the core of Quickwit.
