Description

This is a serial event about developing through the new normal. Over the coming months, we will talk about software development methodologies like XP and Application modernization.

Due to COVID-19, abruptly shifting to remote collaboration was definitely not easy, and we overcame many challenges along the way. Particularly, frequent communication and timely feedback are critical in an agile environment. That is no different when the team is working remotely. We will show you how we simulate a similar environment virtually using different tools and share our practices to save you the hassle of managing a distributed Agile team!

This talk is for everyone - PM, designer, software engineer or engineering manager. Everyone will find something useful for themselves.
